Contract and invoice
We fix the lot, the final turnkey price and the timeline in writing. Nothing is paid before you have the contract.

Bidding and purchase
We bid on your behalf up to the agreed ceiling, buy the lot and send you the invoice and the purchase confirmation.

Shipping
Export paperwork, ferry or car carrier, warehouse. You see every step: photos from the yard, the route and the current status.

Money, timelines, condition checks and documents
How much money do I need to start?
10% of the price of the car. That is enough for us to go to the auction and buy the lot. The rest is paid step by step, with the last payment before handover.
What if we do not win the lot?
The deposit stays on your account and goes to the next auction. If you change your mind we return it in full, with nothing withheld. An auction is not a lottery where you lose money.
Can the final price go up?
Customs payments and freight are fixed in the contract. The only moving part is the exchange rate on the day the lot is paid — we show that risk upfront and calculate two scenarios, a base one and a pessimistic one.
How long does it take?
Japan and South Korea: 30–45 days from the auction to handover in Moscow. China: 35–55 days. UAE and the USA: 60–90 days. We give the exact timeline once we pick the lot.
How can I judge the condition before buying?
From the auction sheet — the official inspection document with grades for the body and interior and a diagram of every defect. We translate it in full and explain each mark, and add high resolution photos, usually 20 to 40 of them.
